I can see marvel's tongue even while she is closing her beak. Is the grey's beak laeking???? I also think that the edge of her lower beak is kind of transparent... u know light shines through it.. not fully ofcourse.

The tongue thing is normal; all birds’ beaks have different shapes because they naturally evolve to a certain type of food they eat or job they need to use it for
If Marvel is a Timneh they have a lighter colour beak than a Congo but I can't really answer about it being transparent
