| Could fleas be a problem? |
|
|
I want to take my TAG outside to get some fresh air and sunshine and explore the grass while it's still green! Is there any chance she could pick up fleas? We went out yesterday evening after the wind calmed and were only out 2-3 minutes when we were bombarded by mosquitoes! Back inside we went! Oh, and yes, it's official, my sweet TAZ is a girl! No decision to change her name, though. |

Hey congratulations! I just had a sample taken from Manu today for DNA gender testing!
I really don't know about fleas, sorry I can't help you there. |

I don't think there's ever been a record of Fleas on Birds. Mites yes, but I don't think you need to worry about fleas too much if at all. |

Birds can't get fleas. I have 8 cats and we just had a problem with fleas a little while ago and none of the birds ever had one on them.... the fleas didn't even touch them ( all 13 birds lol). |
