Hi
I have a grey that regurgitates when I go near him. I know this is a sign of affection but what should I do? If I stay by the cage he does it more but gets, what can only be described as violent. I don't mean violent as in nasty and biting, violent like a person would be violently sick. On the other hand if I leave him will he see that as me not wanting his effection?
When he calms down he is fine and will have me scratch his head all night, it's just getting him to calm down.
Hope someone can help.

Hi Rob, it sounds like he's showing affection.. But it's hard to judge from here.
If he does do this out of affection for him you can distract him with other objects, then reward him for behavior you want. Does he step up?
