I just looked it up with Google, and it seems to me that this person has a completely different attitude toward parrots than I have. I don't think it very useful to use a video tape to train a parrot in talking, and I don't agree with him for what concearn his methods to make a parrot stop biting. To me this just seems to be a way to earn money with parrot behavior. Don't waste your money, and go see a specialized avian vet/behavior consultant.
