i've just noticed on sweet-pea she has a red feather on her neck
she was having her shower and when her feathers got wet i could se it it's bright red is this normal

Some greys have this. I've heard several reasons.
One of them is that it used to be some sort of infection when your bird was younger. The follicle is kind of damaged.
Another one I heard was lack of nutrients.
