Hi Fiona
The vet said that Jamie may well have had something stuck in her throat and it cleared itself.
However, we have to monitor her in case she is asthmatic. We have tried to change her diet since to the smaller mix, but she does like her normal mix and it's not easy, she doesn't eat the small mix on its own.
What the vet did say was that she was a very fit bird, when we bought her we bought the biggest cage we could, allthough it takes up a large part of the room it is obviously good for Jamie.
You mention the magazine Parrots I presume you order that from W H Smiths. |
