Oh! I'm with Shirin, I say go for it fi!
At that age, hopefully he came from a good background & is a well behaved bird already!
If your hubby just wont go for it, put him on this forum & let us talk to him |

Fi, I say go and meet the bird first. Sounds like a great bird, but you might just not hit it off to start off with.. You know how it is, you just know. but hey, you can even drag your hubby along and see what he thinks about it.. The zon might just hit it off with him!! Your hubby might just fall in love with this little guy.. |

I agree with Bih! I think you can drag you husband to see the birdy! Perhaps, he'll fall in love. And you know about love. It makes you forget all the things you intended.. |

Fi honey you haven't been married too long if your "asking " your hubby My husband learned a long time ago not to say "no" to me when it comes to me wanting a animal. It just made it worse then I would get something else along with the first animal I wanted Now my dad even knows not to say anything. I have been married 32 years this November and last year when I said I was gonna do this goose and duck sancatury my dad said " oh Dana you don't need to do that" . Well Im up to 22 ducks and geese now and neither my husband or my father says anything anymore dana |

your funny dana. If my husband didn't keep me under control when it comes to animals, we'd be over run with them I would have a house that was overly animal friendly with toys and perches hanging all over the place! It would sound like a zoo |
