I was reading through a web site....which I can't seem to remember at the moment ......
and they had blue mutation Yellow Naped Amazons for sale.........
I'll see if I can find the site again...
they were actually very pretty..... |

My guess is they are lacking the yellow pigmentation that turns blue colour green. |
