Eastern Rosella rescued!!  Reply with quote

Very Happy
There was an article in the news about an Eastern Rosella flying around free in a park in Toronto. It was caught today!! Very Happy This guy observed it and saw that when it flew it would swoop down and then go up, and he got a big net and caught it when it swooped. I think the guy is going to keep it.

BTW-The man named it Christmas Laughing Wink

I think they are trying to track down the owner, but the previous article was a few weeks ago and they showed a pic and said "if this was your bird please call.." then the newspapers number.

Oh No,,,, I know if the rescue did that down here every crazy person would be calling and say "That my Bird", I bet they got flood with calls.. Poor people at the News Paper, They won't do that again..

John

PS:

If you ever get in the same postion. Put an Add in the Paper "Bird Found".. And telphone number or Email Address. Then have them describe the bird for you.. Never put a picture of a found bird, or a description....
