| Breeding.. |
|
|
I was just wondering if certain birds don't breed at all. I have a male and female parakeet, but i'm wondering why they haven't breeded yet. It's been a LONG time...Actually, none of my birds have breeded yet. So, i got a new bird a while ago to see if he would breed with one of my other birds, and he didn't. I thought some of you might know why this is happening... |

That's true, some birds don't breed at all.. Sometimes when you change something very small, birds start to breed..
A breeder told me that a friend of him has a couple scarlet macaws. He's had them for like ten years or so. The nesting box was placed in a corner.
When he got out the nest box (or moved it??) the hen immediately started laying eggs in the pit that had emerged when the breeder took the nesting box out of the corner. |

I have had three Parkeets for awhile. I thought they where all male.
Because one is competely white. NOT he is a she..
And all of a sudden there is eggs. I did change some stuff .
I put them in a xxl cage and a little hut this is why they started to mate.((MAYBE))
I am going to get a nesting box and see what will happened. I would love to have more blue keets.
Right now I have 3 new babies keets and they are green.
I am spliting that pair( Ricky & Lucy) up for awhile. and hope Blue & Boo have some lil ones |
