Hi Tariq,unfortunately these parrots are near impossible to tell looking at them,being quietly spoken parrots and even though myths say the male is slighty larger it is not 100% true.DNA testing is the way to go with this breed to determine the sex in my opinion.You will find breeders band the legs of these parrots after DNA testing to determine the sex when they are sold. |

Sex can never be sure, unless tested.
Generally you can say that females have less 'heavier' beaks.
Males have more orange on their bellies, females tend to have a long 'v' shaped green area. They also tend to have greenish feathers under the tail... |

not sure ill be much of a help but i have 2 senegals one male and one female ..
they are almost 2 yrs old and there isnt much of a size differance ,the one thing that seperates them is the male has a darker grey then the female on his head and his head is much bigger then hers , she has a dainty head .when i got them it was hard to tell they were 4 months old but at that stage he was a bid darker on the head but now at 2 you can clearly tell
i find my female talks says hello and calls the dog , i find the male never talks , but he whistles at me like im sexy and makes a farting noise .
i hope this helps just my observations
