A Question....
A Green Cheek and a Sun Conure are both in their first season. They have their own cages. We don't want "Sun Cheek Conures". But they are getting real friendly. Can they mix? How long do we have to watch them to make sure that they don't.
Thanks John and Carrie |

I think they can mix.. But, are they man and female? It could very well be that they're both male and still get along!
As long as they have their own cage I don't think that you should worry too much.. |

Sue,
We believe that they are Male and Female, although no DNA. But due to past actions of both birds. We are keeping them apart. But we would like to know for how long. They did spend alot of time together outside of there cages. Priening each other and generally being best buddies.
Thanks John and Carrie |

I'm not sure about this ofcourse, as I'm not a behaviorist but I wouldn't think that they'd start to reproduce if they live in seperate cages??
I think that as long as you give them their own attention it won't be a problem? |
