hi there is this a breeding sine my male budgie gets on top of the nest box and like pecks it and turns around in circules tweeting and putting his head back like putting his cheast out and the female is just watches him but no responce from her he looks like hes trying to get her to the box but she dont want to

the female isnt intresed at all are the females really quite or is she quite cos she hasnt settled in yet as ive had them 2 days the boy tweets a lot and the female it looks like shes tweeting but no sound comes out she does tweet in the morning

2 days isn't very long at all... let her settle in a lot more. She needs to get used to everything new about her. my females chirps a whole lot, but not as much as my males do though.

ok ill let her settle i was worrying she was ill as she wernt doing a lot im not even sure if its a female its a yellow bird and there ment to be harder to sex it looks like shes getting a light blue cumming on her cere but not sure ive took the nest box out leaving it out for a few weeks now
