I've been trying to teach Lotta the theme song from the Andy Griffith show. Everytime I play the music (from my pc) she shakes her head and closes her eyes. Does this mean she likes it or maybe it's too loud or not loud enough? Could this be how they learn?

I've noticed all cockatiels shake their head when you talk to them or play music. I have no idea why though, and at a cockatiel group I've joined no one has any idea wither...I can imagine they find it a bit loud maybe...

I am not sure but it could be because it is too loud. That is what it would seem. However, my Brian shakes his head with his eyes closed when he starts to get tired, as if he is trying to keep himself awake.
