I don't know about female/male tiels.. Sad But Greg will be able to tell, I'm almost sure LOL!

I do think the photo is very special. It's almost unbelievable..

Yes the tiel is a pied not your normal Grey so it is difficult to tell by that photo.The feet are white and head has more yeollw meaning it has lutino in it.Also the tail doesn't show signs of a female tail which is interesting.Being a pied lutino/grey there should be patterns on the tail of some sort if it were a female.But if l was guessing male. Wink

Ok just saw amore recent pic of this bird on an Aussie forum Im on and yes it is real!!!! aparently it was on show at the AVO parrot convention (dont know what this is just passing on the info) it is actually quite pretty not right but quite pretty
