I think I am my bird's "special" friend

Ok, Lotta must think that I am her "Special" friend. She keeps rubbing her butt on my hand. What can I do to make her not do this? Does this mean that she is a he? Question

Doesn't mean she's a he, my female bird likes to mate with a perch in ways that males do.
No idea what you can do to make her stop though
