There are a number of reasons for bitting. The thing you have to realize is a parrots love drama. So if he bites you and you react and make a big deal out of it, then you are teaching him how he can get attenation and he will learn it very quickly. A Too lives for attenation, good or bad they do not care.
I once learned from an Amazon expert and author... She said that while she agrees that there shouldn't be the "drama" reward, she does say that you need to tell the bird a firm "no bite." It needs to know that you don't approve. Just like another bird in the wild would tell another one, 'hey, watch it, you bit me too hard'
