IT'S A BOY!  Reply with quote

My little Pico is a boy! Very Happy I just knew it. He's such a stinker! Actually, he's been a very happy and contented bird this week, so I should watch it, calling him names like that. Laughing

When I called the vet to get the results, the receptionist got them and asked, "Are you ready?" Yes. "It's a boy!" ROFL

Thanks everybody! Very Happy Even though he doesn't "care", I like knowing he's really a boy when I say "good boy" LOL

We curled up on the couch together with a bowl of chilli, and he snuggled into my hair and put his head on my pillow to take a little nap. He's such a cutie!

Pico sounds like such a sweet loving boy!
I know what you mean about having the gender testing done. The only one of my 3 birds that's had DNA testing is my macaw Manu. He's a boy too!

Congrats on your findings! What process did you have to go threw to find out? I heard theirs a few different ways. I really didnt want to have my Napoleon pricked so they could get his blood.... yeah i'm a big softie with my baby. But I would like to find out if hes a boy or girl. Just dont want to hurt him, Smile

Um...I DID have him pricked. But he really didn't seem to mind. It's over so fast. I was surprised how long the results took to come back. It was over 3 weeks.
