| My first foster fids... |

I'm going to be taking in 2 untame, disbabled green cheek conures.
Peg only has one leg. The other is only a stump. She seems to get around fine and has to lie down to scratch herself with her one foot, its very cute to see a little one-legged conure lying down scratching itself with closed eyes, yawning and a blissful look on its face. Too endearing.
Marvin has some of his beak missing. It's growing back and he eats fine. He does not require regular beak work. I've never seen his beak, because if you go close to him he jumps down and runs under something. Peg just flies away.
This is going to be fun! I'm picking them up next weekend.

That's good Haley! Will the foster company pay for the expenses you make? |

I don't know if they will be paying for them, I already have toys, perches and cage covers. I think they will be providing the cage for free.
I'm just looking after them till they find a home. |

Hmmm how noble I think it is you will be doing, I'd not do it.. I think your own birds also need care and attention. Really, you can't take all the misery of the world on your shoulders. |
