Nice birds & they look good together - & I'm enjoying your homepage & your diary.
Most people do not house their birds together so I'm not surprised your guys didn't take to it well. Some like it but they are in a minority. When they are of different species you have to worry about their natural preference to protect themselves from others. Some serious fighting can happen. I hope your birds become good friends but never leave them alone unattended.
From what I've learned about Hahn's is that they are mechanically inclined like all Macaws - so I think you'll be buying some puzzle toys for him if you haven't already.
Good luck with 2 very demanding types - but they're all pretty demanding really.
