 Hope Petra and Freddy become good friends, all birds need supervision when out playing together. My 3 birds always need to be watched, they like to fight over terrritory.  |

Hi, When i was a baby we had a budgie called Petra, so i named the present Petra after him!
By the way, i have been to the pet shop this morning and spent £6 on these amazon bird treats that you hang up and he doesnt like them. He took one beakfull and that was it! Waste of money!lol.
Amazons definately win the award for the funniest bird, you can watch them for ages! I'm really hoping to get him a girlfriend soon.
2 of them but be hilarious! |

.... also if anone is wondering why freddy has no ring on, it is because it was a split ring and got caught on one of his toys, it made his leg really saw so i took it off and just haven't put it back on yet, also i'm not to keen on split rings , bit dangerous! |

Luke,
I am no expert by any means and I don't want to scare you in any way. But have you had a Avain Vet look at Freddy, I am a little concerned about those dark feathers on his back? It maybe nothing at all. Just a little paranoid from working to long with rescue birds....

Those little finches are so cute. Did you rescue them or something? I know when a neighbor cut down a tree a cardinals nest fell. Later that day I found two tiny babies. We waited to see if the parents came back but then took them in and warmed them.
