To answer your question about how I know about IRN's... I have been extremely into birds for about 15 years now, and have kept different species over the years, studied about all species, and talked to experts along the way...
I've also had a Plum Headed Parakeet which is in the same family as Ringnecks. He was very wild, so he went to live with a lady who has an aviary.

Now i don't want to criticize ....
but your photos are not working! 
- why? -  because you forgot to use [img]phot.jpg[img] in some fashion.
I've been
working
the image uploads available on this site - it has taken me months to figure it out. I am using the
yellow icon with the mountain
more & posting photos i have in my photobucket account that are changed to
message board size
. But my new
Microsoft Office Picture Manager
also reduces photos to upload via the 'upload pictures' in the top bar.
I can't wait for you to fix this problem - Green Cheek Conure & Maroon Bellies are wonderful birds
