Macaws and Toos are not the only one effected. There are two breeds of Amazons that have gone exintct in my life time. It is sad, but I will always look on the positive side. Because of the danger, the world is more aware and so the wild caught bird trade may be short lived. Let us hope so, that would be one less threat.

have to agree with you and what makes me so sad is man can not stop killing man so what chance have our animals and. how sad it is when we justify ourselfs by saying that word progress its all that counts regardless of tomorrow

GOOGLE and YAHOO have got some amazin' pics of cockatoos. Off the searchbar, go into the *images* section, write cockatoo and press *search.*
I even found a pair of cockatoos in the 'angel' section of #IMAGES# in GOOGLE the other day!!

Sites like google dot com will put people off having these toos, and then they wont be bred anymore.... such a shame, as they are really 'angelic'

I'm owned by a CAG and I wouldnt change that for a lottery win, but I think Macaws and Cockatoos are G O R G E O U S !!
Very Happy Wink Cool
