Manus New Hanging Perch

Today I worked on dyeing blocks of wood, which hubby is able to bring home from work, that I'll string on sisal rope to make toys for Manu

The wood is untreated pine that hubby cuts into different shapes & sizes & I used food coloring mixed with a little water to paint onto the blocks.

And here's a hanging perch I made for him today, which he just loves!
I didn't use any of the colored blocks on it as I am going to let them dry overnight before using them. 

Here's a shot of the kind of mess he makes with his toys in just a few minutes!
