(July 06) Dear Diary...Yesterday I had much fun and I thought I was very clever. In the morning I watched mum putting a new toy up for me...all my toys come with clips you screw to open and close...I watched mum far more carefully than she thought I did and then in the afternoon I un-did all my toys  I was SO proud of myself...this pride lasted a very short time as I then realised I wanted my toys back! A loud noise to mum fixed that - Think Im going to enjoy my new game...heeheehee

(August 06) Dear Diary... I have claimed for myself a new climbing frame  (the clothes airer) I love it!!! it has lots of different levels and different rungs for me to climb around on, I played on it all yesterday afternoon...sometimes tho mum comes and hangs clothes all over it...mmmhhh...I dont mind the clothes, I can pick them off or just climb on those too heehee GREAT FUN! Every self respecting bird should have one of these I think! I'm only allowed on it when mum is close by me tho.

(August 06) Dear Diary...today I climbed up the curtains in the sitting room...and my mum thought it was only kittens and cats for that trick...heeheehee

(August 06) Dear Diary...I have had a very adventurous week playing lots on my newly claimed climbing frame...I even let mum borrow it to dry the washing one evening. This morning we had a disco, I like to have a dance you know and I shout "dance dance" My favourite song is Old Macdonalds Farm. But Im not too fussy with music, mum thinks I dance to some of the cheesiest advert music on the tv heehee. Mums song for me is 'You are my sunshine'

(October 06) PHEW...what a busy day dear diary!!! Have had to supervise mum as she took my house apart and gave it a really good clean and my play frame, washed all my toys, polished all the cage bars...PHEW tis very tiring supervising all that activity and making sure all my toys go back!!!! but my house is very clean and shiney now. I followed mum around the cage as she dusted and squawked at her when she was cleaning favourite things.

(October 06) Dear Diary I astounded mum this morning with my latest new word...I said "chocolate"  Mum went mad texting everyone to tell them so you probably know already!!!

(October 06) Dear Diary, Yesterday mum had a visitor, I was so well behaved off course  ...I mean everyone sits and throws there walnuts on the floor one after the other when they want to be talked to and they are talking to each other dont they!!!

(November 06) Dear diary, have had my usual saturday evening entertainment...dancing along to the X-Factor....I like to boogie. Then I had a shower and my first ever blow dry...oooohhh I loved it, I sat very still and lapped it all up...now I look like a fluffy chicken lol

(December 06) Dear Diary...Christmas has come to our house, mum brought this big green tree in and hung all these shiney things on it, not sure I can land in it tho...I cant find a space for me to land and I dont want to upset the fairy on the top she has a spikey looking star! My stocking is hanging up ready for Santa, I know its my stocking cos it has my name on it  I love unwrapping my presents, last year once I had unwrapped it enough to see a bit of the toy I played with the toy and left the rest of the wrapping...seems like common sense to me 

 
(December 06) Dear Diary...I got my very own Christmas card on Tuesday, my vocal response when shown it was "oh" which amused my mum greatly. I like the Christmas lights and turn around to see them and I like looking at the Christmas cards on the wall, mum thinks I am enjoying looking at them but between you and me Im seeing if I can reach any to see if they taste as good as they look  but ssshhh dont tell her
I have been feasting on almonds mmmhh delicious! and the other day I decided to climb down from my playframe and have a wander around the floor, a whole different world unfolds for me but im not too sure yet I feel a bit small down there.
I have also been singing along to the 'ABC' song on my favourite music dvd, mum thinks I sound like a little dog yowling what she doesnt know is I have applied to be on the next XFactor 

(December 06) Dear Diary, Am still having fun exploring my new toys and I have presents under the tree still to unwrap...I like to take my time and investigate each parcel thoroughly...first I run away from it...then I lay my head on it and love it...then I play hide and seek with it...then I tear off the paper  I enjoyed taking things out of my stocking. I am still enjoying looking at the christmas cards on the wall, I like mum to lift me up so I can see them better. I am having fun!!! and mum likes it when we look at my new cloth book together and I am learning to turn the pages myself  ...I like to lay my head on my book and give it some love.

January 07-Happy New Year-squawk squawk!!! Dear diary I seem to be really flourishing right now, talking nine to the dozen in my happy chattery world. Trying to sing along with my DVD. Looking for strokes and tickles somedays, think Im over my grouchy stage back in December when I didnt want anyone to touch me. Mum is real relieved that I am back to my ole self again...hey we all have our diva moments dont we!
