Poppet's Diary 17th January 2007 Today has been a really great day!! Grandad has taken that nasty little dog out running so me and the bestest person in the WHOLE world Gemma (she is modest too  ) had the whole house to ourselves. First we had to do chores which was pretty exiting for me anyway. I sat on mums shoulder while she did the dishwasher and then had to investigate what was in the cupboards. Then I helped mumwith revising for her music theory exam I was a BIG help and managed to break THREE pencils before she got me a bit of wood to chew on Then Grandma came home from work and I flew to her for a little snuggle before going to help mum make some coffee and tea. I also got some orange juice in a little glass which was really nice. Then it was time for mum to clean my cage out She changed my newspaper and swapped all my toys around and put my bear in the big blue house teddy in. She also changed my food and as usual I emptied half of it out to find the dried chilli she always puts in :D I am such a big help! Well I will write again soon but now I think I need a head scratch for being such a big boy/girl? I am confused :D My mum says we will go to the vets soon :( and find out for sure Bye Bye :D
20th January 2007 Well last night Mum shredded all Grandma's bank documents so she dosn't fall victim to identity theft  I don't really know what that means but I heard Grandma say it :D After she had done that she put all the shredded paper into my cage and mixed some nuts and seeds with it :O so I could do something called 'foraging' but I don't know what that means either so I just threw all the shredded paper out of my cage which was pretty fun :D Mum didn't look too impressed Then I had some snuggle time with mum and spent 10 minutes trying to break her necklace :D I had to settle for twisting the clasp so she can never take it off again :D After that I tried to divebomb the white fuzzy thing :) Mum says if I don't stop terrorising her she's gonna eat me  well that is all for now :D tune in for the next episode :D:D:D see ya later
11th February 2007 Well this hasn't been a very eventful week but I thought I would update y'all anyway My mommy's grandparents are coming down tomorrow so mommy and grandma cleaned my cage out real good and changed all my perches and toys around. I then had to spend AGES going round and playing with all my toys in turn just to make sure they were all working. The other day my mommy got me out while she had her breakfast and she said i was being really annoying because i kep stealing her cereal and then when she was making my breakfast i was throwing everything she put into my dish on the floor  her face was soooooo funny I have also been dive bombing the dog even more =S I only wnat someone to play wth but she dosnt seem to like me very much =S mom say's i should stop before peggy eats me well i cant wait until moms grandparents come round 'cos i love visitors and will get loads of attention which is really good  well i will write again if anything interesting happens ...... If I dont write then y'all can just assume that i have been eaten =D bye fluffies!!!
15th February 2007  Well I have to say this visitor stuff is over rated Mum said I was gonna get loads of attention and have loads of fun. I don't like it one little bit. People keep trying to give me head scratches and stroke me HOW DARE THEY I showed them what I thought of it Mwahahahahaaa (evil laugh)  They wern't too impressed after I attacked them but Mum gave me a cuddle and said everything was going to be OK and that I should be good so I just ignore them now.
Well mum is trying to teach me to whistle and make kissing sounds on cue which is pretty hard she tried to teach me with a clicking thing but that was really scary so now I just get a BIIIIIG cuddle every time I do something right and I am getting better at it Well that's all for now my fluffies friends I will update soon Tune in for the next episode of 'The Life and Times of Poppet the Parrot'
