HELLO EVERYBODY!!

I'M IN FINE FETTLE THIS MORNING THE WEATHER HERE IS STILL WONDERFUL   AND I AM SITTING WRITING THIS TO YOU INSTEAD OF BEING OUT AND ABOUT    IN MY TROLLEY.....

WE HAD A FABULOUS DAY LAST THURSDAY WHICH I JUST 'HAVE' TO TELL YOU ALL ABOUT...

YOU KNOW I LIVE NEAR THE SEASIDE ....

(HERE'S A PICTURE OF OUR LOCAL PROM).. WELL..SORT OF,...IT'S THE ONLY ONE MUM'S GOT AT THE MOMENT, BUT WE ARE WORKING ON THAT!!

Thursday, we went for a walk on the prom and mum said she was feeling a little unhappy, so we decided  to have a day in brighton... thats about 25miles from us.When we got to the Pier we saw a big red bus. Here's a picture of it....  There was another one there too.But I told Mummy that I had no intention of going on it cos the driver obviously wasn't good driver as he's had an accident and gone under one of them low-bridge thingummys... so I forbade her to take that bus.. Here's a picture as PROOF that it was not in fit condition to be on the British roads....Do you see what I mean? WHAT GOES ON???

When Mum decided to get on the 'proper' bus, we made ourselves comfortable for the journey. When I say 'comfortable' perhaps that's a misinterpretation, I think, as Mummy put me in the luggage rack,so  I was able to see out of the window, and she had to stand for the whole journey, so that I didnt fall  out of it or my trolley didnt move around too much. I saw lots and lots of lovely scenery on the way there.

As Mummy didnt know if I was feeling sick at any time through the journey, she decided the best bet  was to 'break' the run into seporates, and I could see as much as possible all day ...

As the buses run every 20minutes, that worked out quite well for us both. And we also met a lot of the different drivers on our day out too, and they all LOVED me!!!!

On our way to Brighton, we stopped off at Beachy Head. Here's a picture of it, its world-famous, cos when people are sad they can come there and go and see God and the Angels... they are just off the  end of it. Mummy said thats why people have to jump... so as to be able to reach the Angels, and then they are carried up to God, in the Angels' wings...     God Bless Them All...

When we left Beachy Head, we went on to Birling Gap, cos Mummy had to pee!!! This is a picture of   some of it, not Mummy pee , the Birling Gap area, haha!!  It's quite breathtaking!!

Then, we got back on the next bus and went to Seaford. Here's a taster-card of that... which doesn't do it justice at all,  really...                                              While we were there, we BOTH partook in an ice-cream  That's a picture of mine...... Mummy's was BIGGER!!! We also got a BIGGER one, but  'HE' ate it... that's WHY HE'S IN THE SICK BAY....(serves him right!!)

After Seaford, we went on to Newhaven where there's a Fort from the War... a nice harbour, and the ferries all go from there over to France. But we didnt want to go on a ferry as after all that ice-cream, I'd have probably been sick too!!

The next time we got off the bus we were in Brighton. It's much more commercialised than Eastbourne, and there is loads of shops and bars and restaurants all along the promenade, and it's very busy...and I'm loved by all the people there too!! This is a picture of Brighton... We have some  more too but they are still in Mummy's camera, and its a disposable one, not a digital, so we have to  wait for it to be developed!!

Next time we go on a bus, I'd like to see Bexhill and Hastings seafronts. Ive been to both places in Mummy's car but NEVER on a bus....that should be FUN!! What d'you reckon?...
