Meet FRANKLIN, a CAG! Franklin belongs to a friend of mine who raised him from a baby. He has a very large vocabulary! I am lucky to be able to bird-sit him when they go on vacations. I first met Franklin last year. I watched him again recently. He also has a bird friend named Moses, who is a Cockatiel. Moses is also a character! 
Franklin likes to perch on my budgie and tiel cages!
