About Jasper...A Mollucan Cockatoo

_{Today is June 24th, 2007.  Jasper is aproximately 15 years old.  His original owner had him for a while until she passed away.  Then he traveled between a few homes, and was not happy.  Some people tried to take care of him, but found it to be too much work.  One person kept him alone in a basement , and his only attention was to get fed.  Jasper had plucked his chest and leg feathers out .  A friend of mine took Jasper away from that place and tried to care for him.  While Jasper was in their care, he began to regrow his feathers.  Now Jasper has a place to grow old, and so far no plucking...horray!!}

_{Jasper can say "Hello Jasper", "Pretty Bird", "Pretty Boy", "Hiiiiiiiiii", "Helllloooooooo", and has a contageous laugh.....and he makes a lot of various loud noises.  Jasper has a gentle soul and loves to be cuddled.  He loves to spread his wings for us to touch and give scratches.} 

Mom said she is going to take more pictures for you to see, but I will only smile if she cuddles with me first!
