VET VISIT DAY MAY 4th; ALL BIRDS

Here is all 3 birds in their travel cages ready for their visit to the vet.

This was Kacey's regular weekly vet visit for her wing problem, Maxi and Pepper needed their wings and nails trimmed so we decided to take all three. They of course were not happy.

Pepper had her nails trimmed, wings were fine, I can do them myself. Pepper's wt was 125.5 grms.

Maxi had wings and nails trimmed, his weight was 79.5 grms. Maxi has always been a lightweight, his highest weight when very young was 82 grms.

Kacey weighed in at 84.5 grms, up from her low of 80 grms. Kacey also had the lump in her wing aspirated. She was then put on an antibiotic, cipro.

When got home from the vets, all birds took a nap. The vet visit was at 8:30am and their normal wakeup time is 10:30am. They were calm and subdued the rest of the day.

All birds got the okay from the vet.
