I got Berto (Short for Alberto) last Sunday . He sure is a cutie pie! And he's made a lot of progress in the last few days! It's amazing that less than a week ago I had a scared little tiel huddling in the back of his cage!

Berto has a lot of obnoxious habits. All of which I'm working to get around. His favorite activity is to climb up onto my shoulder
and then scream into my ear. Another thing he likes to do is race from shoulder to shoulder as a hopelessly try and get him off my back.

But I love him. He now eats millet out of my hand, and for the first time last night didn't hiss at me when I put his cover on!
He also likes to sit on his cuttlebone and watch me work on the computer:
