could cause problems?  Reply with quote

hi I just bought another swing for my lovebird and it has a 2" metal ring attatched to the swing, and the ring is also attatched to a quicklink. I was wondering in you thought it would cause problems with the lovebird getting stuck or accidentally stangling itself. it is just a welded circle ring. if you need a picture just ask. thanks Smile

I look for potential hazards when I am looking at toys at the store. I am always looking at the size if heads or feet or toes can get stuck in any of the parts. I know someone who had a baby blue fronted amazon who strangled to death in a toy. It was a tragedy. 2 inches sounds big enough for a lovebird not to get it's head stuck in, but how about it's body? If in doubt, don't use it.
