I have faced by a liquid (yellow in color and a lot) as an excretion from my Congo African Grey? Anybody knows why is this as I have no good vet around.

Yellow poo? If he has food high in dye colors then it can change the color of it. Have you taken him to see an avian vet yet for his first check-up? Watch all these signs and let the vet know.

Where abouts are you??? I can find Avian Vets pretty much anywhere...
Unless as CM says he is eating lots of yellow food I would get this checked out at a Vet...
