I was reading about all different kinds of birds, and the book mentioned that Electus are better for people with allergies because they have oil glands, like we do, and not dust glands...or something like that.
is that true??
I was just curious...lol. |

I don't know about this?? Perhaps when you're allergic to dust?? But when you're allergic to birds in general I think it will help some but not enough? |

yes that is true lynzie apparently they are the only parrot that uses oil glands instead of dust to keep its feathers clean so they are good for anyone who suffers allergies/asthma
