Does anyone here have a linnie? I went into the pet store to buy a new water bowl for Casey and they had two that were recently weaned and I fell in love. Unfortunately they were sold but they have more comming soon and I am thinking about going back on Friday to place a hold on one. (That is the soonest they would let me or I would have walked out of the store having placed a hold on one this afternoon)

Oh! I love them Smile My mom was going to get one... They are considered very gentle and quiet. They look a little like a Parrotlet, but not feisty like one. Smile I like the aqua or cobalt mutations, but they're all very cute. I found my mom a Princess of Wales parakeet instead, but the Linnies are sweet little birds Smile

Thank you for your reply.
I think I am going to get one.
The babies that they had appear to be either blue or yellow. One is obviously either going to be white or yellow and the other two are probably going to be blue.
I think I am going to get a blue one. When I go back one friday I will be able to tell what color they will be. Very Happy

That's exciting! Very Happy I know that from breeders, usually the Aqua is the next more expensive than the normal green, and the Cobalt is the next one up, and the yellows and creaminos are the most expensive. I'm curious how much they are going for at that store? I like the blue too Smile I can't wait to hear updates!

They have decent prices and a great reputation so I am pretty sure that there will be no need to medicate when I bring him/her home.
