Advice is needed about having 2 CAGs  Reply with quote

I have one angel already (for 3 years almost). And I would like her to have a company axcept humans (me & my hubby). But I'm worried about changes of Sylia's behavior , which can appear if we have another baby. Will she communicate with me in the same way or not? Are there any chances for her to remain the same sweet baby as she is now? Will she continue to learn new words as easy as now? What is best:to have another girl of male?

I would appreciate any advice.

P.S. I have enough space and time for 2 babies. Smile

You always run the risk of losing the marvelous relationship you have with owning one versus 2 of the same breed. 'Generally' they attach to one person and are more likely to attach to another bird of the same. Sometimes they can become agressive towards you. I recommend keeping them in seperate cages with enough space in between them. If they get caged together eventually, then more than likely the inevitable will happen. But that's my opinion. I've never had 2 of the same for that reason.
