What was your first parrot and where did you get it from.

My first parrot was a budgie and I got it from a pet store called pet supply.

My first parrot was a budgie when I was young. My parents got it at a pet store. It was not MY budgie by the way. My first OWN bird was Lolo.. Then came Fluffy (a budgie that died. After her I named this site though fluffies is the plural as fluffy was already taken)

My first bird was a Lutino cockatiel named Pearl. She was actually my sisters, but I think I spent the most time with her so I called her mine. Unfortunately we lost her when she was on mums head and she walked outside on a very windy day and she got swept away. Mum was vacuming at the time and forgot she was on her head Crying or Very sad

My first bird was a parakeet, as a child. As an adult, my first was a Yellow Naped Amazon and that's only because a coworker of mine wanted to find her a good home due to the lack of time she could spend with her and she had her for 10 years. Chaquita is 26 years old, give or take a year.

Oh, I noticed you said "parrot" Embarassed I kept finches before parrots...

Well, my first parrot species was a Lutino Cockatiel. My 13 year old Red Bellied Parrot came shortly after, and he is still with me... and hopefully will be for a long time to come Smile
