Greetings!  Reply with quote

It's been awhile since I've posted - just wanted to say hi! Hope everyone is well and happy to report all is well here.

Family is getting ready to expand again - the 'keets we got for the folks last year are not working out - Papa's got an allergy, and Mama has lung issues, too - so the doctor said no more. So they are coming home with us and our flock will now be six!

I'd turn my whole house into an aviary if I could!

Hi riffmax! Nice to see you here again Smile I'm sorry the birds didn't work out with your parents, but I bet you're excited that they're coming to live with you Very Happy

I know what you mean Laughing sometimes I wish I could turn my whole house into a free flight aviary, and I'd just live amongst them in their house Razz

LOL - Yes, they are MORE than welcome. One of the deciding factors in giving them last year was that we knew if it DIDN'T work out, they would come home with us.3

So the flock is now 6! Oh my. And until we join the new fids in with Sheila and Budgie, the cage volume is....large! LOL!. All four of them are anxious for the official introduction. We have a large cage for Sheila and Budge....Cupcake and Happy are in a pretty small cage. Right now, the two cages are pressed up against each other, and I'm sure I don't have to describe where all four of the birdies are spending their time! We're going to give it another day or two, then we will open the small cage into the large cage and see how it goes. They all seem quite anxious to make new friends!

Oh, that would be so great if they could all share a cage and be friends! You're lucky that they seem to like each other Feather

Now when will you be sharing some new photos with us?! No! No!

LOL - as soon as I can get them up - maybe today? I shot a couple on Saturday after they came home - just through the cages, and I haven't had a chance to even look at them.

To tell you the truth, my photography has been somewhat taking off and it's all I can do to keep up with the stuff Im shooting for hire!

Which is a GOOD thing! Smile

Anyway, if these couple look like anything at all, I will post something today.

Hi - I can't wait to see the photos. I don't know if having just a few Budgies is ever enough. I also have 2 but I can't stop viewing the pet ads!

I like your homepage. Good luck with the new birds.
