| Help! Does anyone have info. on the Derbyan Parakeet? |

i]  I am looking for anyone who knows info. on the derbyan parakeet/parrot. I got one last year and only have been able to find a paragraph on this species and would really like to know about it. From what I see , he sure looks like the Alexandrin and mustache parakeets. Please if anyone breeds or owns one and /or knows anything about them please contact me, I would really appreciate it. Even the two vets that I took him to do not know. I know it is a rare bird and knew that before Igot him, but didn't think it would be that hard to find any info. on them.
