I need somthing for my tiel...Please help me?

Hello again, thanks for reading!
I need somthing that my cockatiel can play in all day (two tiels, actually).
Here are the conditions though:

1) It is cheap. (maximum: $30)

2) It is clean and good looking or it is outdoor.

3) It can fit through my door.

So, if you have somthing that pops into your mind Idea
