Made a BOING!  Reply with quote

Hey y'all, I am so proud of myself! I just made a boing for my parrotlet (the one I don't even have yet-not till 7/15)!!! I followed some instructions on this website http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art6814.asp except I cut the size down a lot, the instructions are for an african grey size! Anyway it cost me about $7 and it only took about 20 minutes! I didn't add all the toys and stuff like the one on the website either, since I don't even have her yet and I don't know if she'll like it or not! Anyway just wanted to share that with y'all! Hope it helps!

I will absolutely post a pic of it, right now I have it wrapped and clipped around a paper towel roll so it will curl uniformly (don't worry it won't be as small as a paper towel roll when its done LOL)!! So when I get it off the paper towel roll I'll get a pic of it! YEAY!

Oh how neat!!

I wish I would have known that as Sera has two Boings. One in her cage and one on her play stand. I could have made them both for probably less then what I paid for one, huh? lol

But yes, she just LOVES them! She's always on them! Especially the one on her playstand as it has a bell on the bottom of it. She just loves to bounce and make it ring.
