Hello, and welcome to ABC Fids, Toddlers with Wings. My fids are my mascot of everything I make. I am a graphic designer, and I love my Incredimail, PSP 9 and 8, and Dreamwaver, and Flash. Zeta is my baby boy. I love him so much. Zeta aka Lord Zeta can talk up a storm. He say's all kinds of words and phrases. Quaker Parrots sure have a way with them selves. He keeps me very busy, and on my toes every minute. Like other Parrots, Quakers seem very different. With those big brown beaks, and feet that show self a steam, these birds are very mischievous. They look very cute and cuddly, but behind that cute face is a independent, moody, bossy, spunky, talented, clownish, and a take it or leave it kind of Parrot. They sure have a way with them selves, only a really devoted QP parront can except. That loud duck noise they make, make them ever more mystery like. These birds can talk, and talk well. Not as good as your African Grey's, but they are rated in the best talking birds. When they talk, its not very clean, sounds like a baby that has a flu. Not choppy, just like you have a cold. Zeta likes to squawk like a duck. He loves to show off his feathers, but keep his beak very, very, very clean. These birds are very orderly, too. He loves to fix his cage up. Quaker parrots need weaver toys. They love to brad things. He thinks of him self as a hair stylist for a nest builder. These birds sure can make a nest, and a beautiful one. I can't believe I cried when Zeta started to design his nest in his play tube. He was on the ball with it. I stood in front of him with tears of joy rolling down my face. Yes, I am very devoted to him. My birds also keep their wings in my pocket every week. They really, indeed want new things every week. "They really do." They keep me busy, and my wallet busy, LOL. Heck, that's what the money is for any way. Zeta not only speaks human, but he has made up his own language. This is what Zeta can say: Peek-a-boo Hello Hey baby WHAT! NO! Watcha doing Give me a kiss Blah Blah Okay Bye Bye I love you and Love You His made up Language Aba Juba Jaba It sounds wired, but true. If I had to spell it that way, I guess that would be it. Zeta will also be in a QP Book at the end of the year. Snoopy is a very smart little birdie. Such a joy to look at. And, what a whistler. This little guy can whistle many tons and made up stuff. He likes to perch on my chest, arms, shoulders, head, and hand. He will go where ever I go. If you leave him for to long by him self, he will come and find you. Snoopy loves everyone and everything. He will also cry like a baby if you don't give him 24/7 attention. LOL! One of his favorite things to do is look at him self in the mirror and start to talk to that pretty birdie.
