We have really grown together and taught each other alot of do's & don'ts. Jack now knows the step up command, high five, gives kisses, talks some , Peeka Boo and we play other games too .........WE CALL HIM OUR CLOWN AROUND FID........We now have started to take Jack out in the public to become more socialized....SO FAR SO GOOD...our grandaughter Abby loves him and him her..Everyone that enter the room has to say HI to Jack or he goes BONKERS.... He has become our 2 yr old child.. and the favorate of all guest. (he is very entertaining.). Jack has just figure out if he goes off his cage there is lots of stuff to get into..(( Ikies))

PETE is our very frist parrot..YEAP he started the whole thing ..He does all kinds of mischief things . He sleeps in our room on his nite stand. Every morning about the same time he comes down and wakes me with this tiny little kiss. Pete is not allowed to fly around any more. He was on my shoulder one day and flew off outside. I almost lost my boy. Pete is a one person bird ..MINE.. he will bite others , My husand can hold him sometimes after a bite or two. My grandkids call Pete the MONSTER BIRD

Pepper is a rescue..She was atacked many times by mice from one home and the nice lady that gave her to me her dogs where not friendly with her. She did not know the step up comand and was very nervous. We have given her lots of space and time to trust us and she has over come all those bumps..she adores us and we her ..Many people have wanted to adopt her but, I am being selfish with her and keeping her for myself. Maybe one day that right person may come along that I will know she will be happy. She talks alot when people are not around you can hear from the other room..I think she is telling all the others her story and reading bed time stories to them..She like Mother Goose..but..Mother Quaker...Bless her heart...
This little guy was born on my Birthday on the 13 th ..So he is now consider our pet...He will be allowed to fly freely in our home soon....He is just now getting his flying down in the bird room,,Baby gives me kisses and snuggles in my hair.

.......Domestic Bird Rescue & Adoption.......
..........We have a small cage bird rescue in our home. We have rehome many of our friends..Soon We hope to have a larger refuge from all that are not adoptable . Also for our outside friends.
...........We do no buy any birds (except for our pets). As long as we can we will never charge for adoption either. I once read
