Hi everyone, welcome to my page.  I'm Pilot the Rainbow Lorikeet.

As you can see I love hanging about in the sun taking in all the views and sounds.  In these pics im on the good old Hills Hoist clothes line.  A classic Aussie invention that allows me to.....

...wizz around all over the place and slide up and down its poles.  I love to climb more then anything, and this is the best spot for it :)

My best friend in the world (besides mum of course) is Jess the Border Collie.  She just loves me and follows me wherever I go.  She will sit and stare at me for hours on end.

But I don't mind.  She protects me from any cats or other baddies that might come near.  We also have great talks in our own secret language that makes mum laugh

Since I can't fly she even lets me ride her around the house sometimes.  That way I don't have to hop all the time   

We have recently been housesitting a beautiful farm and I just loved the chookies.  I tried to talk to them but they just looked at me funny.  Must be there pea brains  Here are some of them with Alice  the Labradore in their pond

And this is Nick the Mareema.  I was a bit scared of him tho.  He looks more like a sheep then a dog I reckon.

I love hopping under the shower with mum and getting absolutely soaked.  I have to be careful not to dig my claws in tho. 

Then I dry off and make myself beautiful again under the nice warm heater

Don't I look beautiful   Even if I do say so myself. 

Here is my buddie Percy the White Faced Cockatiel.  He use to live inside with me but now he lives with his girlfriend Winnie in the outside avairy.  They also share it with Pluto and Venus the budgies.  I will post photo's of them soon.

Here he is with Mikey the Budgie.  She is Fi's old housemate's bird so she is no longer living with us.

Here he is all fluffed up enjoying the afternoon sun, ready for a nap.
