Hi Marie
I loved reading through your homepage. It sounds like you're doing a great job with Boris. He's such a handsome bird!!
I am just wondering though, ever thought of trimming his wing so that would make your training alot easier? Most birds tend to be a lot more aggressive when they have the ability to fly, since that is one up on human!! Just a thought though..
Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing the pics with us. They are great.. and nice meeting you too.
Take care

Hi everyone!
Boris wants me to thank you all for such pleasant comments!!
I don't think Boris said "hello" because I always speak to him in French! Oh well, never know! I learned to imitate his cute sqwarks and taught him to copy me when I "sqwark". He does it great now and he hardly ever does horrible ear-piercing sqwarks now! Clever boy!
I don't want to trim his wing because he's wild and I think it would stress him to not be able to fly around. Plus, I like it when he flies onto my arm for a treat! And I believe it's in a bird's nature to fly, so it's up to me to adapt to that! But I understand trimming is important for a real tamed parrot, for his security. But Boris never goes out of my room for the moment!
Anyway, check out for updates!!
Thanks again!

Wow,
What terrific Movies of Boris....
I felt exactly the same way as you when my Pi flew to me the 1st time...
Its a brilliant feeling isn't it....
Boris looks so much fun... I wish that Pi would run around on the floor...
Anyway you can see what Pi gets up to when he gets showered on my Diary Page called Pi's Party Antics
Keep us updated on how your going with Boris...
