Surprised Shocked Shirin, I can't believe that atomic-in-nh. I was also offended when reading his homepage. The language should be deleted there also. There are some young people on this website who don't need to read that offensive language. This is supposed to be a fun clean site for all users. I was also sorry to hear he wrote something offensive to Lynzie. I hope Sue says something to him about it. Rolling Eyes

Laughing Yes Shirin, I'm still up. It's only 2:10am here. Been catching up on all my fluffies stuff. Some days when I have to get up real early, I don't get to do any thing with the computer.

Have a good day tomorrow. Very Happy

Im not sure I really care how you feel about my trading of parrots when I was a teen . The fact is I didnt know much about parrots back then and yes its true I was looking for a talking parrot .. I was young dumb and numb with making my dission but I have no regrets ..

I dont feel the need to prove anything to you or any one on this site about how well my birds are cared for . I do the best I can with what I have and I
know myself that I am doing a good job .. I dont need or care to hear any ones negitive commonts ..

As for the pr of congo greys we have deside to part with . we have had them for over 12 years . In all those years they have not layed a single egg . So dont tell me we havent provided them with a good home .

As for doing rescue work this does not mean I am going to take birds in to my home and keep them all . you should know that people who do rescue work take birds in and find homes for them .. They dont hold on to the birds ..

It seems know matter what I do you seem to have an issue with it including my children hand feeding baby parrots .. Well If you dont already know I am not a pet shop and if I want to allow my children to be involved and learn the care of hand feeding baby parrots then I will do just that ..
You are in the wrong and I think you really need to back off me !

Shirin has lots of great advice to offer and you shouldnt attack her at all.
I dont think theres room for people who attack each other here.

Shirin your lovebirds are pretty colours! I know theres nothing more annoying than having bird poop on your school books! Or holes in them!

Smile No Shirin we didn't get to do that. That was a graduate course here that you could take to be able to do that. It was part of going on to a masters degree. I would hate skinning birds but it is part of your learning especially if you are going to be a vet. Good luck in your lab and do keep me informed. I do believe I have your e-mail address, I'll send you my e-mail address for any personal messages till pm function is up and working.

Thanks for the complements Shirin! Very Happy

I have a question... Since we can't use the Personal Message feature, is there a way to reply to a comment without having to go through the person's homepage?

Also, where do you get those different smileys? I can only see a choice of the several standard ones to the left of where you type a message... how about the one's with the animated hearts coming out of them?

Thanks Exclamation ... Julie
