A present for me mum... :D  Reply with quote

Some of you might remember when I bought a beautiful rainbow lorikeet for my mum awhile back. She's such a cheeky little thing that lory is...

Anyway, it's my mum's birthday, and we (my brothers and I) decided that my mum really wanted another bird and didn't want to tell us, sooooo I went out today and got her another one!! Now she has two screaming lorikeets in her house!! I haven't taken any photos yet, but I will soon... probably tomorrow.. and hopefully my computer can be fixed tomorrow!!! He's soooo cute, and adorable!! Very Happy and LOUD too when RuYi is talking to him from the living room. Very Happy

LOL Cathy, I think if I keep going, she'd be inundated with birds soon in her house!! As it is, she still has my two cockatiels over there!!! Very Happy

I'm not sure how old is the new one, but I know that it's a younger than RuYi, and she's about 1yr... The new one still has brownish black bits on the beak, and the iris ring in the eyes aren't very bright yet like RuYi... Very Happy I'd say probably about 6 - 7 months old. Very Happy very tame already... Loves to hang upside down in the quarantine cage, and well very inquisitive. Very Happy

Bih, I could have sworn your mom already had 2 rainbow lorikeets? Anyway, they are so pretty. That is so nice of you. How many birds does she have now? Your 2 tiels, the 2 Lories, and a rose breasted, right?
