A friend of mine is looking for a bird, she wants one that is colourful, would a rainbow lorikeet suit her  |

I wouldn't do it. Though loris may look wonderful, they are not good starter birds from what I've heard. Both in care as in training. |

Yeah, my parents have two rainbow lorikeets, as cute as they are, they are A LOT of work and time to take care of. They are very very messy, you have to constantly clean after them. I would definitely not recommend a lorikeet. |
