hehe, Manu looks like he's having a blast trying to get your attention away from the computer! And he did. LOL. So adorable. Thanks for sharing that with us. |

Hi Cheeta! Yeah, he's quite the character when he wants attention, which is all the time !! I just love when he does his little playful antics tho,
so
much better than when he's verbally trying to get my attention!! |

Cathy,
He looks so georgeous larking around to get your attention....
and the last photo...... aaaahhh finally got Mum to look at me and play with me..
Don't you just find that they are huge time wasters... I can spend hours just watching and chatting to Pi... Not that he talks back yet..... Not that that matters...

OMG! You should hear the poor guy when he's "crying" for attention!! Especially when the grandkids are over If I happen to be busy with something for a couple hours, he just carries on terribly! Sometimes he even waddles down to the floor & into the "no-no zone", so I've got to shut him in his cage & oh! You'd think he was a poor deprived child the way he carries on then!
Right now he is so like a 2 year old kid He demands attention at times, but is also just the seetest thing, you know? And so playful! |

Hi Fi! Yes, I know exactly what you mean! Sometimes he just amazes me at the things he does! And sometimes I would swear that if he weren't so darn pretty, he was human Sometimes we'll just sit there face to face & he just carries on with his little mumblings & expressions, just like carrying on a conversation |

Ohhh Cathy! Those photos are priceless! I especially love the photo of him hanging with his beak. He looks like a cherry there.. Sorry for the comparison.. LOL! It was the first thing that came to my mind!
And.. Who could resist Manu like that? Didn't you have a hard time photographing him? It must have been quite hilarious to watch!
I do have photos of the macaws over here. Perhaps you can look in my diary?

Thanks so much everyone
Sue, Donny & Cherry are beautiful! I've seen the photos of them many times & am always awestruck that they're able to hang out outdoors with no harness or flight suit! Too bad we couldn't get Donny, Cherry, Manu, Seren & my step daughters 3 B&Gs together for one beg photofest! That would be SO cool, wouldn't it? Those would be some awesome pics!
And I'm so glad you like the diary pages Dim! And I'm quite fond of the photos taken with his step flock myself , I just wish I had been able to be there in person to see them all together like that!
I myself am partial to the one where he's hanging from his beak, I've seen him do it before, but only like momentarily. But last nite he just kept hanging there And he just kept doing it over & over, it was a riot! |

Hi Shirin, & thanks! Yeah, it's very fun & entertaining most of the time! A lot of worry & work at other times. Well, lets say we entertain each other !! I think he's just as enthralled with people as they are of him! |

Hi Cathy!
They are beautiful, aren't they? They're not mine booohooooo!
They just stay in the garden, they don't go shopping like Iago, Zazu & Flit.. But they do enjoy being outside!
LOL! It would be awesome, all those blue and golds!! A true blue (and gold he hehe) photo that would be! |
