Does he eat his vegetables? Fruits and vegetables are a nice addition to the diet. As well as nuts for snacks. Almonds and macademia nuts in particular are highly nutritious. I also feed my birds cooked brown rice and whole grain pasta, and assorted legumes like kidney beans and chic peas for protein. Chic peas especially are a huge favorite with my birds. |
